Depart from Marrakech in the morning and cross the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka pass. Enjoy panoramic stops before reaching the UNESCO-listed ksar of Aït Ben Haddou, one of Morocco’s most iconic earthen villages. Continue to Ouarzazate and follow the kasbah route toward the Valley of Roses and Boumalne Dades.
After breakfast, continue through the dramatic landscapes of the Dades region to Todra Gorge, where towering canyon walls create one of southern Morocco’s most impressive natural settings. Travel through desert towns toward Merzouga. In the late afternoon, meet your camel guide and cross the golden Erg Chebbi dunes at sunset before dinner and an overnight stay in a private luxury desert tent.
Wake early to enjoy the Sahara sunrise and breakfast at camp, then begin the scenic journey toward Fes. Pass through the Ziz Valley, mountain landscapes and Middle Atlas towns, with comfortable stops along the way.
